 The easiest way to walk to IPC is to find Mc Donalds on High St. and follow the alley that leads out from their parking lot.  You will dead end into the intersection of 17th, Iuka, and Waldeck.  Immediately to your left is IPC (looks like a giant stone castle) .  You can't mess it up.
