Greetings,

I grew up Presbyterian. But, I became an active member of the church (and ultimately, a minister) as a result of my own experiences with campus ministry as a college student. This work is very fulfilling for me. And now, in serving as a campus minister, I feel as though I’ve come full circle.

My goal is to encourage your faith. I know that we each bring different life experiences to our faith. And, I know that these experiences shape us in different ways. Our assumptions and insights will be different. We may not always agree. And, that’s okay, because differences of opinion are to be celebrated. My goal is not to have you come to Presbyterian Campus Ministry to think just like me. If I only wanted to know only what I think, then why would I have any need for a Christian community? Instead, my goal is to encourage you to become the person that God intends for you to be.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you. And, I hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity to make friends, to learn, to share your own insights, and to see what God has in store for you.

Congratulations on all of your accomplishments thus far. And, welcome to The Ohio State University.
